Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability, and brand objectives.

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term loyalty.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with regional and global teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain consistency.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to build a strong talent pipeline.

6+ years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
