Senior Project Officer, renovation & relocation (HK$28K - $34K) (Ref. No.: 27557)

Our client, an insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber person to join their team.

Job Duties

• Provide comprehensive support in planning, coordination, and execution of renovation, relocation, and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical inputs, and user requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, compliance with corporate governance, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support preparation of tender documents, evaluation reports and contract administration.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly executive summaries.
• Liaise with vendors for progress updates.
• Assist in practical completion, snag list management, and defect rectification.
• Compile handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Trade procurement milestones and manage variation requests.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for relocation and commissioning activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, fit-out, or renovation works.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong building codes, safety standards, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and reporting systems.
• The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.
