Senior Network Engineer / Network Manager (Network / Cloud Network) (HK$40K - 65K) (Ref. No.: 27377)
Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Oversee and monitor the private cloud network environment with 24x7 support.
- Handle installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, health checks, traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors and both internal and external teams on implementations.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve cloud network issues.
- Offer technical guidance and training to application developers and operators on cloud network processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Information Security, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of hands-on networking experience.
- Solid knowledge of IP and Ethernet technologies, including routing protocols (BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF), VLAN, and IP addressing.
- Self-driven, able to work well under pressure, and willing to support urgent issues after office hours.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Network Administration Manager role.
