Senior Systems Engineer (HK$55K to 65K) (Ref. No.: 27373)
Our client is a well-established Public Utility company; they are urgently looking for an IT infrastructure professional to take up the new role.
Job Duties
- Plan, design and implement the IT Systems across the on-premise Data Centers and Public Cloud infrastructure
- Manage and implement the infrastructure for different project teams
- Manage daily support and maintenance of the Cloud infrastructure to achieve the SLA of the applications
- Support the enhancement works and performance tuning for the Cloud and Data Analytic Platform
- Participate in various projects, provide systems support and maintenance
- Liaise with users and work with contractors and vendors on technical works
- Provide training and advices to other teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure administration and support
- Experience in supporting sizeable and complicated IT infrastructure
- Knowledgeable in Azure Cloud Solution Architecture (DevOps, API Management) and Microservice Architecture (AKS, PKS, OpenShift)
- Self-initiative and work with passion and a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedule/deadline
- Good team player
- Sound problem solving and analytical skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Mandarin
